Replace Coolant Hoses Due to Age?

I just got done checking all my hoses using the criteria @wydopnthrtl posted. Turns out a lot of my hoses are brittle (especially near the clamp) so I'm going to go ahead and replace them all. I feel better that the replacement is due and I'm not doing it prematurely.
@grinder11 , yes I should have mentioned that I was taking the car on longer trips. I've had my share of breakdowns in the past and I would like to keep that to my college days haha.
I am going to stick to rubber hose replacements. I found OEM hoses for everything but the small throttle body coolant hose on the coolant pipe and the hose that runs from the heater core outlet back to the expansion tank. Was probably just going to match those at the auto parts store or order a length of hose online in the right size. Thanks @seattle for your coolant hose thread. I've been leaning heavily on your guide and had it bookmarked even before I posted this thread! May end up doing the throttle body bypass while I have everything apart. May not be worth it but now is the time to do it I guess...
