Default Drivetrain issue

First problem is during a high rpm 2-3 shift i get a weird high pitch noise out of the trans and it doesn't want to shift until I get out of the power. It seems the syncro is not catching up. Not sure on this.

Second problem: I had the windows up the other day and I hear a rubbing noise when accelerating. I only hear the noise with the windows up. Under normal driving I don't hear the noise. I have an A&A kit on the car and the intake tube does rub on the hood. Looking at the hood it seems the rubbing is a bit more than usual. Could the motor mounts be going bad (stock mount) and causing more rubbing? Or maybe a torque tube coupler? Trans or diff? Not sure, has anyone experienced this?

The car:
2003 Z06 403 stroker, A&A kit V3TI on 10PSI. Makes 715 rwhp, monster twin disk. Saccity trans mount. 37k on the car.

I don't know what is causing your noise(s). However, and I'm not trying to be a jerk here, if you're cranking out 700+hp, the motormounts would be one of the first things I'd look into. A 400+ cid FI motor is going to give those stock motor mounts a Helluva workout, for sure. I'm sure there are some guys on here who have more experience checking motormounts than I do. I'm lucky I've never had problems with mine, but I have an A4, which may be a little easier on them, even though I'm only down about 100hp from you.....
