I don't believe you will have any fitment issues, but check and see if the SWH have a threaded boss welded on one upper tube on the passenger side. This would be to attach your dipstick. GM changed dipsticks on, I think, the '01 and later C5s, so it bolts to the engine instead. So if the headers don't have that welded boss, you can make it work for you by buying the later dipstick. I don't see any other possible fitment issues, but maybe someone else will chime in to verify. Hope this helps, and good luck.......
