Default Help with ls6 boost build

After 25k on my stock ls6 with 10-11psi/93oct, the motor is dying. The car was missing a few psi at the end of the season so I did a leak down test. I discovered pistons/rings are starting to fail. It still runs pretty well and hasn't let go but every cylinder is leaking between 18-30%. The oil is fuel polluted after 1000 miles from a fresh oil change. The cars current build is simple A&A T trim with 3.8 pully, knock off ARH headers and catless mid pipe, ECS stage 1 fuel system and 60s. This setup made 560whp tuned by Mike at New Era.
I use the car as a jack of all trades event vehicle. Club circuit days, rolling events and just a little drag racing, babying launch's because of of the stock drivetrain.

Thoughts on where to go from here... going to stop running the car and pull the what I believe to be a good block/heads & crank.
I would like to
switch to 3.48 pulley w 7.5 HB = 51983rpm blower speed
switch to 84lb injectors
Wiseco K444x3903 (-11) 9.5:1 @ 61 cc
confirm stock deck height and use ls9 .055hg
Calli 6.125 compstar rod
CHE bushing trunnion
cam motion 228/244-116+5
cam motion loaded cam kit
TEA stg2 CNC243 229CC @ 61
LME 24x billet Reluctor
ARP bolts

I would like to do two tunes for pump and race fuel rather than meth so I can have less power for road racing/ occasional street driving, Does this make sense or should I get a meth kit and one tune?
At this power level (650-800) what level build RPM trans and diff should I upgrade to? Id like to start drag racing more and the 1-2 gear synchro in the transmission is starting to wear. Is there a better option then RPM?

Am I wasting money on anything here? Will this net me solid results? Is my math right on compression and parts used?
Should I / is it worth it to just buy a built LS3 long block rather than mess with the LS6?

Thanks for any help!
