The saga continues........... I have converted to LED bulbs and was having issues with the parking lights and dash not lighting. I have the RF hyperflash bypass in place. It kept blowing fuse #6. I broke the connectors under right rear wheel well, by the battery (Trans/Tail Harness) and found that the issue was in the relay for the flasher. It apparently went to ground and when the circuit was energized, blew the parking lamp fuse.
I replaced the relay, and expected all to be good to go...... Nope.
Parking lights and DRL all work as expected (confirms fuse 6 is good as are the grounds to all signals/ indicators.. Front turn signals work as expected (confirms fuses are good).
BUT the rear directionals and brake lights don't work. Neither does the Center High Mount stop light
Checking the circuit, I find ~12v going to front directionals but only millivolts at the tail directionals and brake lights. I have checked for voltage all the way to the front connector in the tail light circuit by the battery (light green harness.) Bulbs have been replaced, fuses checked, grounds confirmed, and MFS switched out as well. Changed hyper flash relay for a new one as well.
Help! All suggestions welcomed.

Found there was one additional connector under the hood by the battery that I had missed. There's 2 that appear to run lights. I apparently got the one for the rear directionals loose and missed reconnecting it
