Could be an issues with the easy entry system or the seat memory system. Try turning the easy entry system off and see if that fixes the problem. To clarify the seat is actually readjusting, and not just rocking a bit. The rocking is a separate issue that can be fixed with a shim kit. Good luck. I had a similar issue after turning off easy entry. The seats still moved and the mirrors moved when I used the remote. Now I just use the key to open the door. Just another electrical anomaly in the C5.
