Default How does this attach??

Does anyone have a picture showing how the fuel rail stopper mounts?? I cant get it installed because i dont know how its supposed to be oriented. Also, the front passengers side bolt mounting point for the intake manifold is shorter than all of the others do the bolt wont thread all the way in. Im assuming these two things are related but cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated thank you

I thought it was the piece that bolts along the fuel rail in the pics I posted. Maybe I'm not sure what part you posted a pic of...

I thought it was the piece that the mounting bolt went through?

The round end with no holes goes down between the drivers side engine and the firewall, the flat extension with the two holes goes over the two drivers side rear intake manifold mounting holes with the wide square end up. The bracket is a safety device to help prevent a fuel rupture in an accident.

Here's the bracket looking at the drivers side from the front, if you have two longer bolts this is where they would go to compensate for the extra thickness of the bracket:
