2001 c5 convertable
Really need to talk to someone knowledgeable about the car. My best friend bought the car 4/2/2001. He bought the car to race I bought the sea ray 30. foot Boat to chace we put a lot of mods on the car he past away about a year ago and his family wanted me to have the car i brought it home the car was perfect 18.900 original miles I drive a truck for a living i went on the road for about 3 months came home to a nightmare that car I have been apart of since the day it was new was 3 different colors leaking oil fuel pump making noise Windows very slow to. Roll up and down. All kind of electrical problems. This car has never been on a wet road drove in the rain asphalt onley the under side of the car looks like you pulled the wheels off it and drug it down a gravel road i need to know how to identify a certain year model vett and what to look for if someone converted a 97 coup to a convertable it would explain what happen to my car and help me to get it back
