I've searched a bit on this topic and so far what I gather is that these parts are obsolete and nobody even makes them anymore even in the aftermarket.
I know the outer tie rod can be used between the C5 and C6... I also know the C6 rear inner toe rod link is round where it secures to the subframe.
Has anyone used a C6 inner rod on the C5 before? What's the diameter of the mounting puck to the subframe? Is it smaller than the the slot width? If not, did you grind your own flats? (My last resort).
For reference my measurements for the mounting puck on the stock C5 link are 1-7/16" flat to flat, 1 5/8" Dia circle. These were just rough tape measurements, will use a vernier later.
Just started this search myself after pulling the whole powertrain out for a refresh. Simply finding the C5 part numbers took a bit (26072661). After finding that they're nowhere to be found, I naturally turned to the c6 which turned up the PN: 88955490. These seem to go for around $100 online. Looking at Rockauto, there's a no name brand version on there that costs around $14. I'll go ahead and order one to compare. If it does I'll post back here and probably order the AC Delco ones.

Thanks for this! Please let me know what you find. Being in Canada, it ends up being a bit pricey to do the experimenting here. I also found the Suspensia brand one for $14, but I don't trust them as I track the car.
I did find on ebay that Suspensia has a direct fit part for the C5, but if C6 rods can be made to work, I'd rather be using C6 rods.
Had a friend measure one out on his C6. The puck on it is 44.56mm DIA according to him. This would come out to about 1-3/4". Since the slot width is only 1-7/16", it seems like flats would need to be ground into the C6 rod to work.
I've also found that these parts are out of stock locally and pricey in Canada. I'm likely going to switch to a bumpsteer kit which then provides support down the road for service with just heim joints.
