You can always get those electrical cutouts that open and close from a control inside the car. I think Gary Brown (MR. WCCC) just had a set installed.

The smell is absolutely non-existent as compared to an uncorked Rx7!!!

I think it takes 30 start cycles before the error code gets set. I seem to remember a year or so ago one of the vendors did before / after dyno tests on a typically modded car (exhaust, airbox, maf screen, stock exh manifolds) and got 17 rwhp.

Hey, and with the latest changes regarding emissions output from the dirtiest power-plants, car emissions is waaaaaay down in the noise :-)

I took off my cats and put in o2 sims and had to go back 3 d later for a chk engine light (bad simulator). The power increase is noticeable. High flow cats are not really "high flow". We had the pipes off and looked at the catalytic converter material, it's a very dense honeycomb of material and it has to be an impediment to flow esp in forced induction cars. The guys at GM Express in Miami race alot and they were very insistant that the cats should come off my car. The smaell isn't bad and it is a little louder but pleasureably so. Not sorry I did it :yesnod: :smash:
