O boy, The only option i see is just go with stock and get all these variables out of the equation. U would of thanked yourself to go through the little extra work to changes back to a stock line and M/C. Just saying. You would of been done by now if you went back to stock. Or you don't have the equipment to get the car up in the air. No matter which way you continue, when you do figure it out all the B/S will go away because you'll be driving and enjoying the car again.GL

thanks Helga.. went out monday and it was rock hard. so sleeping and thinking that night, i decided maybe something to do with speed bleeder, just a guess.
took the bleed out of the line, lathered the threads with grease and put it back, again i put it in a cup of fluid and crack it open push the pedal and boom it is
freed up, fill the res a few times and gently pump, and see air coming in to the cup where line is submerged, and it continues, after 3 res fills no air and pedal feels good. that was 7am yesterday, and told self, that is it, got it, all i need to do is adjust the pedal and button things up.. so all the BS i believe was an air lock somehwere and the speed bleeder was allowing air back in the system.. i so wanted to go back to stock, but would need to purchase a clutch spring and a few other things. NEXT time it is seeping, will just leave it and wrap a cloth around it .. but that will be another 5 yrs.. who knows, i may not even be around then..

i appreciate everyones in put on this.. never struggled with anything else like this before

That's great. most have been in your shoes with different situations, but all melts away when things work out. Go enjoy some driving and put a smile back on your face. Peace of mine is the best sleep.
