If I have my 4L60E rebuilt with a billet parts, what is the worest that can happen? I guess I am asking is what parts would have have to be possibly repleaced later on or what parts can still fail? I assume it would only be the clutches( 1-2, 2-3, or 3-4 ).

Yes, I would think it´s the clutches or bands that would let go.
But what hp do you expect to push on that tranny?
I have my FLP Level IV tranny for two years now, and have run so many 600rwhp and some 700rwhp (Nitrous) 1/4 mile runs on it that I cannot count.
Also some very long road trips at 150+mph.
About 700 rwhp and 700+ rwtq through a Fogger. That is good news to hear that the FLP tranny is hold good for you. How much rwtq are you pushing through it?

I never dynoed the 300 shot.
So I could only bet.....but its a lot of torque.
I will push the tranny with my new 422 iron block and 300+ shot.
It will see 800+ rwhp and loootttsss of torque. :D
