Default Torque Converter Access Hole Plug

I had my transmission rebuilt almost a year ago (approx 1700 miles since) and I've been under the car since and didn't notice this, but the access hole for the torque converter seems to be exposed. I guess it either fell off or never got put back on. I just noticed it while under there a few days ago changing my diff fluid. I've seen on other 4L60 transmissions there is supposed to be a metal plug there. Does anyone know what the correct part number is? I would just go back to the shop but it would probably cost me more in gas than what the plug costs.

It may be considered a "cobble" job, but if all else fails, perhaps an electrical outlet, or electric panel metal plug may work. I'm sure it's not a high demand item, so even if they're discontinued, I'm sure a dealer somewhere will have one in stock.....

See if you can find a solid rubber grommet or plug of some sort, you will be fine
