How to remove cigarette lighter
I got a replacement bezel that surrounds the radio and hvac units. The new one had the cigarette lighter removed from it so I am trying to remove mine from the old bezel and put it in the new one. Just so we’re clear I’m talking about the cigarette lighter that’s right next to the ash tray that’s fixed in place. Is there a trick to get this out?

Not sure if there's a trick but when I did my double din radio install I had to take mine out of the stock bezel. It is very tight and the threads are an interference fit. I just unscrewed it with a pair of pliers on the end of the lighter plug. You just have to be careful not to crush it. There is a tool you can buy to remove it. They are $15-20 online.
