Default Minor mods performance question

I have 97 base C5. A/T 93k miles. I am planning on adding on the following parts that came off 02 ZO6 that had 35k miles: Ls6 intake manifold, 243 heads, ZO6 camshaft. Also replace harmonic balancer because my old one is wobbling, replace water pump and ac compressor because compressor is leaking. A:My question is should I replace the 243 heads valve springs? I read 243 head springs tends to fail in time. I understand zo6 valve spring color is yellow? but my used heads springs is not yellow or blue. Did Zo6 come with other color springs beside yellow or blue?
B: There's coolant pipe under the intake manifold that has 4 ports - 4 [ports connected to cylinder heads or engine block? if connected to cylinder heads, does the 243 heads have 4 port coolant pipe will connect to the heads?

C :What other parts should I replace while I'm in there doing this mods?
D : What tools do I need? tool Source is appreciated.
E : Got zo6 rockers and lifters- are these parts better than ones on my 97 c5? If yes Can i use them on my car?
Thanks in advance for any helpful input.

Tools needed will be a good 3/8" drive ratchet, a strong, six point 5/16" socket (they are actually a 6mm HHCS, with an 8mm hex head). I use a 5/16" socket, instead of an 8mm, because it should be about .003" smaller than an 8mm, and I prefer the tightest socket on them I can use. They can be very stubborn to remove, and the head can be rounded off easier than most think. No, they're no better, and yes, you can use them, but rocker arms that have close to 100k miles have worn to each respective valve stem tip. Personally, I'd keep the Z06 arms for spares, and number each rocker that's on the head (For example, on the #3 cylinder, #3 Intake, or '3I', #3 Exhaust, or '3E', etc. Hope this helps........

If you are going through all this then dont go with a factory cam. It will be a minimal gain.

The newer intake will not fit with the 4 corner coolant pipe system without flattening the pipes from the rear ports.

Get springs that will match the camshaft,

While it is apart do the oil pump and timing chain with tensioner.
