OK every since I have owned this car the under hood light never worked.
Now just getting around to fix it.
I have bought new light bulbs - not it
I have bought new light fixture (the whole piece the bulb goes into) - not it
Bought new cable that goes to the light fixture - not it
Checked fuse #2 in the passenger foot area - not it
Now I am 90% sure it is the plug part the cable plugs into by the air filter.
Anyone know what that part is called or part number? close up to the plug You can hardly see it in this pic but right there in the open spot by the air filter
Do you still have the light fixture (the whole piece the bulb goes into)? If you do would you post a pic of the side where the light goes in and a pic on the wire plug in? It would help me with a project I am working on.
