What’s the best way to procure a service manual for a 2000?

You can either buy the FSM...my 01 is a 3 volume set or you can subscribe to Mitchell DIY or All Data for a 3 day, a year, or 2 or 3 year subscription service !!

Any preference over the digital ones? Thinking that may be the most cost effective option.

With the digital version you just don’t know if ALL the info is on the CD ROM vs what’s on the book version !!...I bought a CD version for the C6 Corvette and it doesn’t have half the info that the book version has...it’s buyer beware with the digital format !!..get your possible vacuum hose taken care of ??

You can buy one or look at the C5 General forum and look at the sticky service manuals. There is a download link to get the C5 service manuals. You can take a look and see if it has what you need.
