'02 Z06 - No headlight actuation

I've spent hours here reading garbage threads with no resolve.

Both motors have brass gears, can run them both up manually. Swapped the computer with two known good ones under the passenger headlight.

All bumpers are there in both lights and in good condition.

I can make the lights themselves come on low/hi and i can jumper each motor and make them run independently of the car.

Both fuses for each side are good, replaced with new anyway.

I am at wits end with this car. No issues when the car was put away for the winter.

So both fuses 3 and 4 are good ??...did you see if you’re getting 12 volts at the module on pins E and B at the C1 connector ??...these pins should be “hot at all times” !!..also check to see if you’re getting 12 volts at A and D (motor up) and B and C (motor down) at the module too with headlight switch on and off !!...if no luck at any we’ll have to look at the other inputs to the module !!

just in case anyone else searches for this, it ended up being fuse number 6 inside the car. in the passenger footwell. Nothing indicated that this could cause this issue

They key was that the IP lights also stopped working
