Question on AC vacuum line

Question on AC vacuum line
Car is 98 auto.
Currently air blows out all vents. Removed battery and did find the AC side of vacuum line broken under there. The problem is the vacuum line that comes from the manifold is nowhere to be seen. I could feel the elbow connection at back of manifold and a little bit of vacuum but can find any other piece of it. So does anyone have pictures of where it runs behind intake?
I might just try and pull off elbow. Would rather not if I could find the break

So some other stuff I have read and it seems the vacuum line get put in one of the wire looms from back of engine. Will need to pull battery and carefully check again.
