Sounds like a lot of work.
Might need different console for auto shifter, the shifter and linkage, ECM that controls automatic, maybe radiator maybe not, might be same radiator with automatic cooler on both models.
What about selling your car, and buy another with automatic, might have $$ left over since manual is more desirable to a lot of buyers.

It might sound simple enough, but it's always, ALWAYS cheaper and easier to get rid of the type of transmission you have, and buy the one you want. No matter how "similar" the cars may seem, the list of things that need to be converted both in terms of hardware as well as software make the job a bear. If you really want an auto, go buy one. Don't waste your time and money hacking up your manual car. It's absolutely not worth it.
