SOTP and LS6 intake
I had an LS6 intake + ported/polished TB added to my car Friday, this after a set of RKSport LT headers and a 4:10 rear which was done about a month ago. The car just rocks, the LS6 intake seems to let it rev much faster and it seems to pull hard through the entire RPM band, but hold on around 4000 rpm, I guess the intake+ headers+ gears all add up to GO RIGHT NOW!
A couple of weeks ago I posted a question, "can you feel 10HP?", well if that is what I got from the intake , the answer is YES, I can feel it.

I just installed mine over the weekend and even with just intake and exahaust, I can tell overall improvement in throttle response.
Quick question - did you notice more SOTP improvement with the headers than the LS6+TB? You had gears done so I guess it's hard to tell.
What TB did you get?

I did the headers and gers together, very noticable, and the TG/intake together. I used the Halltach TB, I bought it from the parts for sale/wanted section.
I feel the car revs much faster now, not sure which new part is doinf it, I would think its the intake.

I did the TPIS, LS6 intake, 1.8 crane roller rockers at the same time and I can say at 4000 rpm's the car was pulling hard!! :) Good mod choice!! :smash:

Cool to see your car is running like a scalded dog. I need longtubes, but CA smog is a pain.
