Windshield wiper pulse board location?

Hi I've been having an issue with my wipers where they only work on the highest setting. After doing some troubleshooting I've got the issue narrowed down to the pulse board. Where exactly is this pulse board located in the car?
A Picture would be greatly appreciated!

I think what you're referring to is inside the wiper motor assembly, a new wiper motor assembly goes for around $70.
Here's the cover/board removed from an old one:

Can you link a good replacement assembly?

I forgot where the replacement came from but it was all new, not rebuilt. RockAuto, ebay, AutoZone and Advance Auto all sell brand new versions, not necessarily the GM brand but the same design.
