I've done a search and found several threads where roof panels were left unlatched but none about convertibles unlatched. I confess, I left my top unlatched and it popped open when I hit about 40 mph. Made a hell of a noise and I reached up and pulled the top closed. Now, the driver's side is misaligned to the left when I put the top up and I have to force it closed the last half inch or so as I push it towards the passenger side to latch it. Any threads where anyone else has done this and fixed it? Any threads on adjusting the top? I'm surely not the first.

I did it once while driving but fortunately for me I noticed it before if opened by it self. I now always latch the top closed anytime I park the car. Can't tell from the picture what's bent but it may be hard to get it straightened. You may have to bite the bullet and replace it. I'm sure somebody has had this happen to them and Bent the tops frame.
