Yes... a club member lost one, and Corsa replaced it for him. Did the weld break and the clip is still attached to the tail pipe? ...I'd E-mail them and see if they can help you.
I have the same system, and noticed that the tip appears to be only welded in one area. They told me this is normal and reduces the cost of manufacturing (saves them some $$!) . I hope you are the first owner and have reciept as Corsa will not warranty the system to anyone or anything but original owner !! :U (They will not warranty repair a system less than two years old because I am the second owner even though muffler may have gone bad. I hope that you receive better SERVICE.......)
I had a welded tab break off, but the other two tabs held the tip on luckily. The broken tab caused a nasty screeching sound. My tips still "sing" at certain RPM's.
Hey I can help you. I own a Daytona Corsa exhaust system. One of my tips came off just hanging on by one side. I called Corsa instead of WCC where I bought it.
I spoke to a rep name Paul 1800-486-0999 extension 135. He was great, I explained to him what happened and he was very sorry for it and asked where can I mail you a replacement. Remember Corsa warranty's their product for life :thumbs: . Gave him a credit card number for precaution in case I do not mail back the old replacement.
I never had to show any proof of purchase, he just asked if I bought the system from WCC. I said yes I did, I also have receipts incase they need me to fax them a copy.
Give them a call, don't e-mail them you'll probably won't get a fast response back. Also if he is not there you can leave a message and he returns your calls ASAP.
I was very happy with their service about the whole matter.

I will admit I was a bit surprised by how rapid I got an answer and how sympathetic he was.

The same happened with my club member. I didn't want to post that he got a new muffler and tip because I wasn't sure if they still replaced them at no cost. They do stand by their product, :cheers: :cheers: :cool:
