Need help fixing this issue TCS C1235 H C

What is this code and how do I fix it. It just happened, everytime I go to start the car it says service traction control system and service abs.
Also for some reason the car wouldn't start. I had pull the key and wait about 30 seconds between each key turn, eventually the car started.
There was no sound from the starter clicking over. It was like the car was dead, but the radio and ac still turned on. For some reason this happens quite often however its vary random, but the car will eventually start if I keep pulling the key and waiting 30 seconds then I try again.
It has a brand new alternator less than two months old and a brand new battery less than two months old. The oil just got changed and the coolant leavels are all good.
Another issue that I have been experiencing for quite a bit at random is my security light on my dash will not turn off while driving at random. I only use the key to get in the car.
