Re: John Lingenfelter update (Ed Potter @ LPE)
Wow, I am speechless. I have always looked up to John Lingenfelter because of his place in the sport of drag racing. Hearing about his serious injury has definitely put the sport in perspective to myself and my fellow drag racers. My family and I are going to pray for John's recovery and want to send our best wishes to John's family during these trying times. Hopefully someone will be watching over John and aid in his recovery. :blueangel:
Phillip
P.S. Many of you corvette owners have sub 11.99 sec cars and rarely consider saftey equipment, please take advice from a fellow drag racer and get the proper saftey equipment.

Ed
It is an extreme tragedy that he survived a 190 collision with the wall to fall victim to a drug induced coma. I appreciate you posting the link, many of us have been wondering, but did not want to ask. I will say a prayer for him this sunday. Best wishes.

John has always been someone I have admired, not just for the excellence of his products, but for an unrelenting drive to perform and define the performance envelope; a company philosophy no doubt molded by John's personal philosophy. I wish him godspeed to a quick recovery and God Bless.

Thanks for the update. John has always been a truly class guy, I pray for the best for he and his family.
In the interim, I respect the professionalism of his staff and family in how they have handled such a difficult situation
