Default Passenger Side Blend Door Not Working. HELP!

Hello,
I just replaced both Blend Doors to find out there was nothing physically wrong with the factory ones. I have the Dual Climate Controls (2000 Model)
When I try to control the Passenger Side Door, it does not move. When I adjust the Driver Side, it works just fine, but when it goes to full heat, then the Passenger Side will close all the way.
I can adjust the Driver Side Door and watch the Blend Door respond no problem. The Passenger Side does nothing until the Driver Side is fully closed, then it fully closes with no adjustments.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you replace it with a Doorman blend door? There are two models. One for the manual climate controls and a much more expensive one for the dual auto climate control. I was sold the wrong part the first time I replaced the passenger side and had the same problem. You need Doorman PN 604-106 and it sounds like you may have purchased PN 604-107. If you have auto climate control, you need 106. If you look at the part from the back, pin number 3 will be missing. If you have manual climate controls, you need PN 107 and it has all five pins populated. It's not fun to pull the whole dash out to do this job twice, but it sounds like you have the same problem I did.

Dainon, I did get the "Dorman 604-106 HVAC Blend Door Actuator for Select Models, Black" according to my Amazon order. I have not replaced the dash yet. I wanted to make sure I was all good before doing so.
I appreciate the input though!
