Battery is fully charged. Starter won't even click. No dash lights. When you hit the key with a meter on the battery voltage does not change. Last driven 1 week ago, no issues. Sitting in the garage.
Does the battery pass a load test? Same thing just happened to me. My battery was actually on a tender showing fully charged. Tried to start car and completely dead. Newer battery. Took battery out and resting voltage was 12.65V, but under load it was toast.
Before replacing anything, spray the inside of ignition switch with electrical spray such as CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner, clean your key, and try your second key. I had a similar problem 4+ years ago, did the cleaning routine and had no further problems. BTW, the spraying the ignition is a semi annual maintence.

Found the problem. The screw holding the negative battery cable was stripped. It turns out the screw was a lot shorter than it should have been when I replaced the battery last year and I wasn't paying attention. When I checked for them being tight today it twisted out when I tightened it. Replaced it and all good now.
