Sun Visor Removal
First of all, why the heck are these things made of particle board???
Anyway, I was trying to remove my passenger side sun visor because the mirror/light bit doesn't attach so I was going to bring it inside and fix it up.
The retaining ring around the visor arm was already broken and I broke it more. Which way am I supposed to rotate that ring/collar for the passenger side? Clockwise because it's a mirror of the driver's side or counter clockwise because that's how you turn things to loosen them?

I know your pain. When I wanted to permanently remove both Sun Visors to improve visibility, my first attempts were met with just some **## words but remained in place. Let a few days go by, and tried again but first had 2 beers. They came right out.
