You can just break the rest of pulley off till you get to where you can use a dremel to to cut it off the shaft
Then just replace the pulley with the metal LS2 pulley

I attached a picture so that you can see what I'm talking about. Just to be sure we are talking about the same thing.
It's attached to the engine still and the vehicle is not capable of being driven as I am currently working on some mods. The transmission is out, differential, etc.
I guess I'm gonna have to take a dremmel to it and see where I can get. Thanks again for the input. By the way, is your vette really in the ocean there?1? Yowza, I'm sure there is a back stroy. lol
