Default wide band O2 Sensor Install

I plan on installing my wide band I finally purchased after owning the car for almost a decade. I think I recall seeing a bung already installed on my ARH 1 3/4 headers when I had them put on. Anyone know if there is one there for a wideband? Also if anyone has any tip or links to a how to I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

This I see in the directions for my wideband I received. I also looked at a picture of the ARH header online and it looks like the are 5 bungs on the headers 3 above cats and 2 down past the cats. Can anyone confirm that?

There are 5 bungs in the cattted system. 3 in the catless. the bungs are all in the mid pipe not the header itself

Jus installed the AEM in my 98, did it up through the shift boot and tied it the power in underneath the passenger footwell.

Did you weld a new bung on the collector? I was also thinking of running the wiring up the shifter area, or running power for the Innovate LC2 directly to the battery. I read somewhere that the innovate can be put in place of a narrow band and emulate the narrow band functions to the PCM, but this is a little beyond me. If I need to have a bung welded I will have to have a shop install it. I have a Quicklift and can get under to install but I have no welding capabilities.

The AEM came with the bung, I went under the car, used a paint pen to mark where the sensor would fit and then pulled the passenger side header and brought it to a shop. Cost me 80$ for them to weld the bung on my mark. I don’t know anything about the innovate, I used the AEM 03-0300, tied right into hptuner super easy.

I did a ton a research, not sure but there was a reason I didn’t use that one. Can’t recall what it was though

works great been in the car two years

The adapter is what came in handy just slide that piece over the obd 2 and hook up your hpt….yup it was simple now & u can always add in the hpt live afr but that cost more through hpt

I’ve heard it’s just fine. I was more searching the type of data it sent. I think that one is a digital reading that has to be computed back and the 0300 is analog, not computing needed. Again, can’t recall, looked into heavily at some point but soon as I made my purchase, I forgot the info.

I should have gone with the AEM I think but also if I wanted I could have gone with dual O2's that if they emulate the narrow band its a no brainer to replace with the wide bands. I am also not sure how to interface the Innovate with HPT or if I even can.
