Default Jump box , no battery

I have my battery and tray out looking for hvac vacuum line. I need to open headligjts to get to fender screws to remove fender. Can i just use a jump box hooked to cables to open headlights?

There's a manual override for the headlights you can just turn, but yeah a jump starter on load would be fine. But then again, if you've got cables and the battery is just sitting nearby, why not just use that?

Don’t forget the security system. Depending on the jump box (I’m assuming the small lithium version), the security system may start flashing the lights, etc., on connection, requiring the key to reset.
