Default New items from Total Engine Airflow...

thought I would make a post to let anyone that is interested know what is new at TEA.

#1 Stage III 6.0L heads. These heads will feature 2.08 and 1.60 valves with various spring, retainer, valve guide options available. Flow in the 330cfm intake and 280cfm exhaust(with a pipe) range at .600" lift. Made for larger displacement or power adder applications. CNC ported of course. Prices starting at $2200 plus core.

#2 73cc Forced Induction CNC combustion chambers for 4.8/5.3/5.7/LS6. This new chamber displaces 73cc and is designed for any application where less compression is desired. The bore diameter for this chamber is 3.950" and should work on stock displacement engines. This option is available on all of our Stage I, II, or III heads at no extra cost.

#3 77cc Forced Induction CNC combustion chambers for 4.8/5.3/5.7/LS6/6.0L. This new chamber displaces 77cc and is designed for any application where less compression is desired. The bore diameter for this chamber is 4.030" and is designed for larger displacement engines. This option is available on all of our Stage I, II and III heads at no extra cost.

#4 60 sets of 5.3 heads are in process now, we will have every Stage I, II and the new 1.5 in stock, on the shelf, ready to ship. Just in time for tax returns Every Stage recieves the same CNC porting, the only difference is valve and spring options. Stage I is $1299, Stage II is $1799 and the NEW Stage 1.5 is $1669 and features all the same great things that our Stage II heads are known for except it has a stock exhaust valve that flows as good or better then the 1.55 Ferrea that comes in the Stage II heads. The base chamber size is 63cc and will yield 10.8:1 compression, can be milled to 57cc or made as big as 73-77cc. Most cores are brand new and will cost $300.

#5 TEA customers racked up no less then 9 class championships in 2002, 3 in NMRA, 2 in OSCA, 1 in Fun Ford, 1 in the new PRO Series, plus 2 in smaller racing series. Our customer Chris Ridge just set the all time 1/8 mile 10.5" tire record, his back halved 3000 LB Mustang ran 4.69 @ 159 and backed it up with a 4.69. Thats good for around 7.15 at 195 in the quarter. His Wayne Young built, single turbo engine makes around 2100 HP with our Brodix Neal heads that flow around 400 intake and 300 exhaust.

I pulled this off another forum but TEA is a supporting vendor!
