Default Some Electrical Issues

So I picked up a 1999 cheap, but it has some small electronic issues. None of the buttons on the right side of the dash work, the "fuel, trip, reset, etc". The TPMS warning is on the screen on the bottom. The external temp on the ac screen just kinda sits between 35 and 44*F. I also have no turn signals, you hear the stalk click, then you hear what sounds like relay click on, but you get nothing.

Are these common things? Just trying to bring back a neglected car and make it nice again. Piece by piece

Push and hold Reset to clear TPMS message and see if button functions work.

Buttons are dead, so I probably need to fix them first

The TPMS is probably being caused by the sensors, which is the batteries being dead. Try pushing and pulling the hazard lights switch to see if that restores turn signals, if it doesn't then the flasher will have to be replaced. The IPC will probably have to be replaced to get the buttons to work.

They are not common things. Well, common maybe for flood vehicles.

I would start looking at all the brains, the various control modules and check for corrosion on connections or on boards
