Need help ASAP PLEASE!!!!
I just bought a set of used corsas and I didnt get any pipe clamps? I was wondering are they supposed to come with them? If so and I dont have them can I still intall the exaust? What are my options? Thanx for you help. Right now I dont have any exaust on my car :crazy:

Why not just head to Auto Zone or Pep Boys and get some clamps?????? :confused:

Yes the system should come with 4 clamps. The ones supplied by Corsa are really excellect so I suggest you contact the person who sold you the system and see if they still have them. Otherwise, I would contact Corsa and see if you can buy some from them. An other alternative would be to contact a local muffler shop or auto supply store and see if they have some.

if you are not in a position to get to a parts store, do you have good, old-fashioned generic exhaust clamps? those will get you mobile until you get the correct Corsa clamps or a facimile band clamp from your parts store.

The over the axle pipe has flanges to attach to the intermediate pipe and uses clamps to attach to the mufflers so two clamps.
After you install the Corsa's and get them properly aligned tighten the clamps enough to hold them in position. They will always move around a bit at first. After a few days they will settle and then realign them and tighten the clamps securely.

Newer style have four clamps. If you do go the the store, get the wide stainless steel band clamps, not the u-bolt type. They will distort the pipe and make any future work quite a bit harder. :D

My new set of Corsa Pace Cars came with 4 clamps. I guess the bottom line is you need 1 for each slip joint though. Best solution for the short term might be an auto supply house while you get the right ones from Corsa, or the person that sold you the system.

thanx guys I just put the exaust on using old clamps from my old slp exaust. I loved running without exaust, it didnt bother me much, but the neighbors did :lol: Thanx for all your help. Happy Holidays all :seeya
