Magnetic Red Calipers
I have found a powder coat color that matches the Magnetic Red paint very closely, however it is going to cost $500 due to the color to have a set of four calipers done. Has anyone else found another option for painting calipers to match Magnetic Red that holds up to the heat?

How do you get that paint, are there dealers that will match it?

I took my fuel door off, and they put it under their little spectro device and the computer spit out the formula...

Nice match on the paint...Pewter isn't as exciting for calipers, but I may do that as well!

Called a local body shop and they suggested Polyurethane paint. I am not a paint expert in the least, does anyone know if this is similar to Imron and if it would take the heat? He doesn't feel calipers get that hot, at least not compared to a rotor.

I tried the polyurethane route on a previous vehicle.. after awhile, the poly turned a bit yellow and was very brittle.. The IMRON is very very tough, never changed colors, and stays wet looking .. no clear required..
