you can pick up a set of fuel/AC line disconnect tools just about anywhere. NAPA definitely has the set for $9. They're white plastic or nylon rings the fit around your fuel line at the spring clip connection. you slide the ring down into the connection so it will lift the tabs (springs) off the lip. the line pulls apart easy from there.
