Valve train knocking at idle

Valve train knocking at idle
im getting a valve train knock/ping at idle
what rocker arms should i R&R if i plan to go heads/cam in the future?
are the stock arms sufficent for a highly reved car?
when i go heads and cam later what arms should i use?

Get a hold of one of the suporting vendors
I would go with a set of Crane full roller Rockers ... here's a link to a set offered a dealer near me..
