Default sunvisor and clip removal

Hey could anyone help me how to remove the sunvisors and locking clips the round ends pop in to. Are the ones screwed on and visors simply pry off from the ring or whole rings pops out. Someone local has a set that i can purchase as mines in bad shape but dont want to damage them removing them. If anyone had a video showing the instructions for removal thanks guys. This is them he said hed let me have them if i bought the exhaust heatshield he had for 50$. Also how hard is it to convert 99 -02 hud? He has the module i guess would need the whole dash and instrument cluster are harness the same? Mainly what im asking is how to remove the sunvisors. Thanks guys i get blinded in the afternoon around 5pm and do these look to be in good shape. I seen some other thread where they are new for 150$ either each of for the pair but yes how do you remove them. I dont want to try on my current one sunvisor as to not damage it. As for the wiring harness is plugged in or slides out the elbow of sunvisor?

Sitting in the drivers seat, pull the drivers visor down slightly, your left hand inserts a flat head screwdriver into the slot, right hand on the visor, left hand pushes up (fairly hard) while gently turning your right hand to the left with the visor. The screw driver is really there just to push up and gently to the left otherwise the screwdriver will damage the plastic ring.

once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy. I’ve replaced dozens. Best advice I can give is push up hard on the screw driver while gently turning.

Here you go.

C5 sun visor removal - YouTube

When I removed mine (some, no, a lot of bad words) and help with a few beers, I got them off. And left them off. It is amazing how it increases visibility there is without them in a Vert. I have a new pair waiting to be installed if I need to reattached.

Ok well i got the air bag and sunvisors off the above pictured car. Its the same one in another thread i posted about how to remove the rocker panels. To install the sunvisors do you simply plug in and tuck in the connector and push the visor clips up in there or is there a certain socket lock insert angle similar to a 1157 bulb.
