Both Headlights Go Up Intermittently
Hey Guys,
Just discovered when I turn on my headlights they both sometimes go up immediately....or somewhere between 3-10 minutes.
I can see the lights are illuminated . I don't hear any gear noises spinning when they are turned on. They always go down every time when turned off.
I'm thinking it's more likely electrical than mechanical. Just from internet research....is it possibly headlight control module?
How do I test this?

p.s. I'm not too mechanical...so please keep it simple !
