Both headlights come up and go down but than the driver side height pops back up about half way. I changed the bump stops and didn't help.

there’s a bulletin on this. Requires installing shims. Do a good search. It’ll come up.
I just had this happen a few days ago. Until I get a chance to do it right going by the service bulletin I ended up taking some fuel hose I cut and zip tied it to a bump stop. Have not had any issues since then. Sounds crazy but this has worked for me
