I want to run an 18' Square set-up on my Z. Will a rear 18 x 10.5 " Work on the front, or will the offset or extra width be a problem?
I'd be looking for chrome reproductions in 18"X10.5, or 9.5 or 8.5 if the wider wheel will not work

Reason: added wheel type
They do seem to stick out a smidge more, but the car only has -.4 degrees of negative camber. They'd tuck better if I got a more aggressive alignment. Lock to lock there is no rubbing. I'm happy with it, it helped with some understeer at the track and the car responded better to throttle lift steering.
My setup for street driving (non competition) is square 18x10.5 factory rear wheels with 285/35R18 tires. Works perfect. Like mentioned already, they will rub the brake ducts if you have any at full lock, but I dont find the need to turn the wheel that much anyway.
Not stock Speedlines but I run the MOMO ETNA in 18x10.5 +56 all around with 315/30/18 and no issues with ABS, minor rubbing on AAF brake ducts. Car has some poke but currently 0 degrees of camber, should be about flush with a track alignment.
Running 18x10.5 54 backspace Flow One F4's with 295/35R18 Continental DWS06. Like the rest of us "squares" I have a little poke with the street alignment that disappears with the track setup. Love the improvement in handling and the ability to rotate the tires. Getting great mileage out of this set. Maybe the "must have stager" story was started by a tire salesman. Just kidding 😂
