The OE bushings are rubber, to the best of my knowledge, and are not lubricated. However, if it were my car, I'd smear a little synthetic lube on them, during installation. Just my $0.02 worth...
Not needed but use a tad of "dielectric" grease if the bushings are "squeaky" .... New bushings will solve the problem but best if the sway bars are replaced with the larger C6 bars front and rear.. for your driving pleasure.... You're welcome!
I wouldn't. Since they're not a sealed system like a bearing or ball joint, grease will just collect dirt, debris, and other potentially abrasive junk from the road. This will eventually work its way into the bushing and cause issues.
I had a squeak that was fixed by wrapping about 2 wraps of Teflon tap around the sway bar where the bushing make contact. Wrap about a half inch or more past where the bushing makes contact. Teflon tap comes in gray if you do not like the white showing. You could do this as a preventive or just keep it in mind if you develop a squeak. ( I did not figure this out by myself, just more good information from the forum.)
Is OEM truly the best? I would love to find OEM C6 Z51's but no joy as of yet... Steinjager is also on my list but... backordered. I might just wait for OEM to surface as this is definitely a want and not a need.

YEs they are very good with the price and the job ...
I greased the original stabilizer bar bushings, front and rear about 11 years ago to cure a squeak. 45,000 miles, 23 days on road course tracks later- so far so good.
