Default Light issues. 2002

Looking for help with my 2002. Lights that do NOT work. But do work with key fob as they should.
I realize they are to work with the fob. But they don't light via the switch.
Fog, Tail, Side markers.
All grounds have been cleaned.
There are no codes.
TIA for your help.

Correct. And turn off when the head lights bright beams are turned on.
The fog lights also only light using the key fob.
Do you think it may be an issue with the "stalk"?

Default Issue with lights?

Hello,
Hoping someone can help me with a lights issue I'm having.
The following lights flash via the key fob as they should. They do not work via the switch "stick".
Side markers and tail lights,
Break lights and turn signals do work. Cleaned grounds and checked fuses. Found no issues.
Thanks for your help.

When you use the FOB the ALC PRK LP relay is being used…the control side of the relay is activated by grounding the ALC RELAY at the BCM through the FOB…refer to the diagram and you can see all those brown wires receive power to operate all the lights at the bottom of the page…when you use the stalk the relay does not come into play…power is standing by at terminal Z of the stalk…when you turn the lights on all those brown wires are receiving power through the orange wire…locate connector 209 and jumper pins Z and R…if the lights work the stalk is bad…also make sure pin Z has power on it !!…did you ever get your other issue resolved from last month ??
