HELP with F45/F55 delete.

I would like to ask a couple questions regarding the F45 (selective damping control): we have a 98 Corvette and the Real Time Damping doesn’t seem to be working, that we can't tell. We believe it has the original shocks,the original ahocks do not have any leaks that we can tell We don’t get any error codes in the DIC indicating otherwise or any limited MPH at 80. But we are getting TCS light on and service Active Handling and can’t figure out what is causing that problem. Does anyone know if those two issues might cause the RTD not to work? This was an expensive option for the C5 and we’d like it to actively use it. Regarding the TCS and Active Handling, we don’t have any codes for wheel sensors, EBCM, or other codes, the steering column was a History code and has been replaced. I guess I have a two fold problem understanding if the RTD F45 is working or not and what to do about it and the common issue of the TCS light and the Active handling lights that seem to follow abound anyone with a 97-2000 C5 Vette Thanks for your thoughts as I appreciate hearing from you.
