Anyone ever have any dealings with Auto Truck Electronics (AKA Vehiclemoduel.com) out of West Palm Beach FL? I found vendor on this web page. Back in January I ordered a Remanufactured HVAC dual control module for my C5 Corvette, after three and a half weeks and no calls returned I finally got a hold of someone on the fourth week and he said he would get it shipped out the next day, after receiving the unit I had in back in my car a little over a week and the lights started going out, called them back and they told me to ship it back and they would check it out, also said it would be a quick turn around since it was warranty work, they have had it now for four more weeks again and the only thing I can get is the technician has it and is working on it, been saying that for two weeks, was told by tech manager he was going to try and get it out the door yesterday and he would update me, nothing ! getting ready to go into week number five ! Anyone else had problems with this vendor ? Bad customer service !!

No experience with them. When you do get it back, if you have any more problems, send it to Travis Wolfe@Vettetronics. Phone# (618) 975-3607. He knows his stuff........
