Quick Battery Fitment ??
Hey guys, 2001 M6 base, trying decide on battery group size, what Id like to know is real world, has anyone replaced the OEM group 75 with a group 78 and it fits with no mods, and the factory battery hold down will still work? I would measure mine but its covered in storage and Id like to get a battery and change it this weekend. Thanks!!!

I'd go with the AC Delco 78PSHR part # 88865789...has a 140 minute RC (Reserve Capacity) and that's good to keep that pesky column lock issues at bay if you get them...keeps the battery above 10.4 volts when starting...below this you may get a column lock message !!
