Stall in gear
Is the gas old, car been parked over a year?
Possible vacuum leak from hose somewhere.
Try pulling a spark plug just to see if it’s fouled or looks clean.
Maybe O2 sensor has gone bad, or has intermittent issues, you said no codes but something to consider.
This is one of those times having a fancy car scanner that can show all the readings live such as O2 sensors etc, I’ve wanted to buy one for my own cars but a budget version for people who work on their own cars that costs about $600.00 or so dollars VS the super expensive type a professional technician/mechanic would use.
Where do you live, maybe someone here is near you and can help you.
I would be paranoid a car mechanic may have trouble figuring it out since it’s not factory stock anymore, unless you have a shop that really knows the cars and engine modifications.
Maybe someone else will have good answers, the gas thing was the simplest thing I could think of.
With car all warmed up, put in drive, if you hold brake and slightly step on accelerator pedal, to raise rpm, will engine stay running?
If it works, note the minimum rpm needed to keep engine running.
Also, check and clean throttle body if dirty with spray and paper towel or shop rag, also open up the throttle blade and clean behind it and the throttle assembly, should be able to without removing it.
I bought a kit at Walmart in automotive section that has throttle body cleaner in can, 2nd can with mass airflow cleaner, also carefully clean mass air flow sensor, no paper towel or rag, old tooth brush etc, use the mass airflow cleaner spray only, don’t touch the sensor.
Maybe cleaning the throttle body and mass airflow sensor can help, maybe try replacing spark plugs with same exact new plugs as next step, if the cleaning doesn’t fix anything.
