Seat memory help

Have a 99 convertable. The seat remebers the pre sets but will not go back when the key is removed or the door opened. The wings move but it does not move the seat to the back for easy exit. I turned the memory on then off but still same. Any help??

Check the easy entry option on the DIC under options.

Allready checked the DIC options. Is there any way to reset.
