That is probably the tensioner pulley bearing starting to fail. The pulley can be replaced separately but the tensioner bearing can also wear and cause problems. If you confirm that the tensioner pullet bearing is bad, I might still replace both tensioner and pulley as a unit
If you have an automotive stethoscope, listen to all the components driven by the accessory drive belt. Something else may be causing the problem, like an idler pulley or water pump bearing. If you do not have a stethoscope, you need one for a bazillion reasons.

An alternative would be to remove the accessory drive belt and check every component by turning or spinning by hand.
Thanks - I just bought an OEM replacement from Amazon. The current tensioner was replaced in 2017 with a cheap aftermarket part per the previous owner, I also get the occasional squeak. It's two bolts, so easy enough to replace.
